Our Executive Chef surprises you with a fine soup recipe from the Old Country.
RISOTTO CROQUETTES
Breaded fresh mozzarella and risotto cakes, lightly fried and served with a roasted garlic and tomato salsa.
INSALATA CAPRESE
Our famous summer salad of delicious cherry tomatoes nestled upon mesclun mixed greens, topped with fresh Mozzarella and basil; drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

SALMONE RISOTTO
Filet of Atlantic Salmon blackened and served nestled atop a bed of herb risotto, finished with our mango chutney; served with a side of fresh seasonal vegetables.
POLLO VALDOSTANA
Scaloppini of chicken layered with sliced tomatoes and fried eggplant, baked with Fontina cheese, and topped with a Marsala and field mushroom sauce.
